An experienced sales force is backed by skilled technical service representatives who work on-site with customers, providing application information and hands-on-training. These representatives are in customer plants daily, monitoring product performance and maintaining inventory, which means they're there to spot a potential problem before it becomes a headache.

Supporting their efforts are front line customer service professionals trained to recognize and react quickly to specific needs of individual customers. We have an after-hours emergency operator available for calls received after 5:00 p.m. The synergy that exists between customer service, production, and transportation is a point of pride at SII.
